We spent a few Great days in Marble Bar & exploring the surrounding areas.
We also got a few secrets from a couple of locals of some abandoned mine sites & towns..........
So we spent most of our stay checking it all out.
There's a Secret WW2 RAAF Air Base site, Doolena Gorge, Chinaman Pool & Marble Bar Pool with it's Jasper deposit where Marble Bar took it's name from (they thought the jasper was marble......)
We also visit the old abandoned Comet Gold Mine & get some great drone footage as you are not able to enter the site as it has become dangerous.
A visit to the nearby museum is a must with a guided tour & local history expert Gerrard. The best $3 we have ever spent!
