Day One The Desert Perpetual Epic Raid (1st Place)

My PoV of Elysiums Day One encounter clears of The Desert Perpetual Epic Raid. With a slight team change and a ton of practice/preparation we were able to pull out the win on this race. The first three bosses were relatively easy to complete. We started with the Wyvern which we had to solve entirely ourself and seems like it was the hardest of the 3 to solve. The other two encounters were pretty much scouted for us so we had a good idea what to do going in to them. The damage checks on the first 3 bosses were pretty easy, we two phased all three of them without having to optimize much at all.

We were the second team to final boss and got some information from other teams but not a ton. We ended up solving pretty much everything ourselves besides one or two small things (I cant even remember what at this point) and were the first team to actually hit the full damage phase. Koregos had the only hard damage check in this race due to no one actually understanding how to extend the first two damage phases until after our clear so we had to do a ton of optimizations to be able to get the kill. This encounter is amazing (they finally implemented time travel into a vex raid properly!) and is easily one of my favorites in the game. The time travel and the entire final stand section just blew me away the first time we came across this.

Overall super proud of the team to get this win. We put in a ton of time to prep for this and I'm extremely happy it paid off. This is my third belt, Vendettas second belt, Quazz/Salts fifth belt, and OG/Jiffes first belts. Good shit to these guys. Also huge shoutout to our scouts during the raid: Moople, Son, and Lunar. We couldn't have done it without you guys.
