DIY Window Pane!
Materials:
4, 11x16 painting canvases (or 8x10 for a smaller version). Packs of 4 are sold on Amazon.
Hot glue
Chalk paint in color of choice (I used Walmart, Waverly paint in "Java")
Paint brushes
Sand Paper (optional - see below)

Instructions:
Start by taking the white part of canvas off so the wood frame is exposed, take off any staples if needed (I took off the corner staples). You can use an x-acto knife or scissors for this.
Once you have your 4 frames, hot glue them together and wait for the glue to dry
Chalk paint the window pane a color of choice, for a more "aged" look, add a light gray or white lightly on a brush and go over the dark frame (or vice versa - dark color on a lighter frame)
Sand the frame lightly for a more blended look (if doing the aged part)
Add wreath or any decorative piece of choice! I used a thumbtack to attach the wreath
