A number of years back, Charlie Adams (Yanni’s drummer for decades) and myself (Mel Tillis’ keyboardist for decades) began working on a project together, which unfortunately, as often happens in the music/entertainment business, never came to fruition.
But for that project, I began writing some ideas for a musical theme. The premise: a young autistic boy sits at a piano and plays a simple melody. I am posting three of these melodies - they are similar but different. The first two have the melody played alone, and then slightly sweetened. The third is just played on the piano.
I am curious as to which one of the three might be your favorite. If you might have the time to listen to them (it shouldn’t take more than 5 or 6 minutes TOTAL), I would surely appreciate your opinion and vote! Thanks!
