Roundtable on Humanitarian Aid Workers and Mental Health - Organizational Culture: Lessons Learned from Covid-19
On the 14 May 2021, a group of students and researchers from the Geneva-Tsinghua Initiative hosted the first edition of this roundtable, under the theme ''Bridging academic research to organizational needs''.
For this first edition, the roundtable gathered specialists from International Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations in a short dialogue aiming at strengthening cooperation with academia in order to better tackle the issues surrounding the mental health of field staff.
