In the horror movie “A Quiet Place,” John Krasinski and Emily Blunt play a couple trying to protect their family from a threat that attacks when noise is made. Here, Mr. Krasinski, who also directed, talks about an early scene and how he and his team worked to create sound from different characters’ perspectives, including from that of the couple’s deaf daughter Regan, played by the deaf actress Millicent Simmonds.
