In a previous video (linked below) I made a flywheel puller for a wacker rammer on my Naerok mill/drill. There was a tremendous amount of runout which caused a centre drill to break. Not a problem with collletts, just chucks.
Here I check the runout in a chuck and fix it. Turned out to be the taper on the arbor in the Triangle brand Chinese made chuck that came with the mill drill.
