LOAD FACTOR ANALYSIS
The aircraft's monthly/yearly load factor is a performance metric used in the airline industry that measures how efficiently an airline fills available seating capacity over a given month/year.
Load Factor (%) = ( Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPK) / Available Seat Kilometers (ASK) ) * 💯
A higher load factor means the airline filled more of its available seats (better efficiency). 💵
A lower load factor indicates empty seats, which may mean lower profitability.
