I Refused the Money and Cleaned This Park for Free With My Community

I received a call from the community where I live. They wanted to hire me to clean the lawn and trim the trees in the abandoned park. I happily agreed to help them for free, and even brought along a friend who had a lawn mower. Where I live, there are very few young people, so the current lawn cleaning team members are mainly old people, middle-aged women, and retired seniors. We wanted to use machines to help them clean the place easier. I used a new hedge trimmer, bought with all my savings, and I easily handled the thick and thorny bougainvillea. I kept one that was in good shape and trimmed the other two so that they would grow new, prettier leaves later. Everyone was excited to see me using the dust blower, which made the job faster and easier. People worked, drank water, and chatted with each other during breaks. This was the best lawn cleaning experience I have ever had. Hopefully, environmental awareness in the community will be increasingly raised through activities like this.
