Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Zeera - 1 tsp
Chakot ki bhaji - 1 bunch
For tempering:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
For Aloo ki katliyaan:
Potatoes - 1/2 kg
Oil - 2 tbsp
Zeera - 1 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion - 1 large size
Green chili - 4
Tomatoes - 2 medium size
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chili pwd - 1 tsp
Black pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
