Living With Diabetes Insipidus/AVP-D: A Live Recording

This is a live session recording from Pituitary Awareness Month. The Pituitary Foundation are thrilled to be joined by esteemed endocrinologist and DI expert Miles Levy, who will be in conversation with Ashley Cairney, who has famously starred in The Real Housewives of Jersey.

Ashley has been open about her journey with DI, after developing diabetes insipidus during all three of her pregnancies and finally being diagnosed during her third. She will chat with Miles about how she manages DI, whilst being a working mother and filming. She says: "Life is for living and no matter the challenges you face, there is always a reason to smile."Join us for this friendly chat about the reality of living with DI, the struggles that patients can often face, expert information and advice from a trusted endocrinologist. There will also be real-life anecdotes from Ashley and Pat McBride, who will chair the event.

This video is a valuable resource for anyone living with a pituitary condition, and has been created as part of Pituitary Awareness Month: Living Well October 2022. This is a whole month's worth of events, in person and online, combined with our annual conference as an opportunity to bring the pituitary community together whilst raising awareness of pituitary conditions.
