One thing I really missed when I was paralyzed was doing work. Chores are one of my favorite things to do. Today I show you how I wash windows as a C7 quadriplegic with paralyzed hands. My stomach and back muscles don't work so I hook my other arm around the handles of my wheelchair to lean into it. With the Norwex rags I don't get any cleaner on my hands and it is super easy to wash the windows.
