Today we finally take Grandpa’s old John Deere 350 sickle mower out for its first cutting after who knows how many years of sitting! After getting it unhooked, greased, freed up, and ready to run, it’s time to put this old piece of iron back to work behind the John Deere 420.

This mower has a lot of family history behind it, and seeing it finally lay down hay again is something special. In this video, we test it in the field for the first time, see how well it cuts, and find out what still needs fixing before the next round.
