Vincenzo Loisi:
Twenty-five years old Italian- born (12-06-1995) pianist Vincenzo Loisi started to play the piano when he was fourteen and he is a graduate from the “Conservatorio di musica G. Da Venosa” in Potenza, where he studied under the tutelage of Umberto Zamuner, Silvia Cuccurullo and Alessandro Stella. Here he achieved in few years the bachelor degree with the highest honours and in 2018.
Currently he is doing his master of performance at the Royal College of Music under the guidance of professors Sofya Gulyak and Caterina Grewe.
In July 2017 he was selected by the amazing pianist Lilya Zilberstein to attend an intense masterclass at the prestigious Accademia Chigiana in Siena where he performed in several concerts in the role of soloist.
Vincenzo is a winner of many prizes in national and international piano competitions and he is performing on stage as a soloist as well as a musician in various chamber music group. For his incredible “musical sensitivity”, he started to play in a chamber music group when he was only thirteen years old and he recorded his first cd when he was fourteen years old. He played in many musical festival and important Italian venues, among them:
“Cerio” museum in Capri, where he gave an interesting concerto-lesson; “museo Filangieri” in Naples; the big hall in “Hotel Vesuvio”; “Accademia Chigiana” during the summer festival in Siena; “ Casinò sociale” at “Teatro Verdi” in Salerno; “Giffoni Film festival”.
Vincenzo is one of the eight pianists selected by the Royal College of Music from 200 contestants for the Artist Diploma Course. This important achievement will lead Vincenzo to collaborate more with the RCM activities and prestigious concerts.
