Lets modify the OPA-Alice mic by padding it with a 220pF capacitor. This simple mod pads the microphone by about 17dB, making it an excellent microphone for snare, hi hat, toms, and even a kick drum. Check out how simple it is to do and what it sounds like as we stereo mic a snare and hi hat. Oh yea, the entire drum kit. There is a Sub Kick on the kick along with an OPA Alice stuck in the hole.
