가라테카인 '츠토무 아마노'와 레슬러인 '존 슈나이더' 두명이 미국을 일주하며 격투를 벌이고 여자를 꼬시는? 내용의 격투 액션 게임. 심플하게 손발로 상대를 두들겨 패서 병원으로 보내버리면 싸움을 구경하고 있던 관객 중 한 여자를 꼬시는에게 축하를 받는 것으로 해당 스테이지가 클리어. 총 8스테이지 구성이며 마지막에는 8명의 모든 여성들이 스타디움에 모여 승자인 주인공을 축하해준다.
