About Video:
The video is an orientation class for an 8-week robotics training program led by BAKEL BAKEL. The program aims to acquaint participants with the training's structure, procedures, and topics.
Training Rules and Recommendations:
Mics should be muted, and participants can unmute to speak.

The instructor recommends having a digital or physical note-taking tool to jot down important examples and stories shared during the session.
About Aurora Robotics and Interstellar:
Aurora Robotics is a company founded by skilled Nigerian robotics engineers. The company was created to address the "obvious deficit in [their] country Nigeria" in robotics.
Aurora Robotics specializes in education, robotic software development, hardware design and prototyping, and full-scale production, but is currently focusing on education and software.
Interstellar is a network started in conjunction with Aurora Robotics. It's open to students and professionals and covers a wide range of Industry 4.0 or 5.0 skills.
Industry 4.0 is the fourth revolution, focusing on IoT (Internet of Things) and connected devices. Industry 5.0 is a very new concept introduced by Japan.
A key skill in Industry 4.0/5.0 is digital twin, which involves replicating real life in a simulation to predict real-life outcomes. The course will cover simulation, but not the creation of digital twins.
Interstellar focuses on training, mentorship, open-source projects, competitions, and scholarships.
Class Schedule:
The proposed schedule is two classes per week, and Tuesday and Thursday are the days most people preferred.
Software Installation (Week 1):
The first week will focus on installation. The main software needed are:
Python
C++ (comes with Linux)
VS Code
ROS 2 (since ROS 1 is no longer supported)
Gazebo (simulator)
