Lauren D. Fraser is a nationally recognized personal injury trial lawyer with the NJ law firm of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC where she specializes in spine and brain injuries. Lauren also works with attorneys from all over the country, helping them prepare for their own trials by facilitating focus groups and offering strategic trial consulting.
Lauren is also a highly sought after lecturer and instructor for various trial lawyer organizations across the country. She is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice where she is the Co-Chair of the Jury Bias Litigation Group as well as a member of the Faculty for AAJ’s Case Plus Virtual Focus Groups. She is a Trustee of the Melvin M. Belli Society and an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). Lauren is a former member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees (2015-2021).
Lauren is the Director of the award-winning performing arts and dance studio, Trinity Studios and is Producing Director of the Black Cat Theatre Company of NJ. She is an author of both fiction and non-fiction. Her newest book, co-authored with Jonathan Lomurro (NJ) and Mark Kitrick (OH) “Experts: Picking, Preparing, Perfecting” is available through AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters. Her fiction work includes the Amazon Best-Selling novel, “Trinity” (2012) and its sequel, “Queen Makers” (2016). Lauren is also a produced playwright and songwriter.
Lauren lives in Northwestern New Jersey (the nice part) with her daughter Anna, their dog Romeo and cats, Brian, Olivia, Roger and Bean.
