For an episode filled up dialogues, I don't think there is anything to add this episode, suprisingly.
We do see a hint of Naruto's personality & type of Hokage he is, he carries a lot of what Jiraiya & Nagato preached in him, that the Five Great Nations has always been a flawed system that's caused a lot of harm that's swept under the rug
A bit of an incomplete episode, in the sense that I think Ep 27 & 28 should've been one episode, just didn't have the time to write that much.
