Being able to keep time with the left foot without really having to think about it seems like a pretty lofty goal for many of us. The truth is, it’s not THAT hard. But the problem is that our left foot generally isn’t very coordinated, and it struggles to keep up because of a lack of technique. This makes left foot timekeeping way more difficult than it should be!

Thankfully, there’s a solution that puts your left foot on autopilot so you can easily keep time in any groove or song. I call this technique the “leg bounce,” and I’m going to teach it to you today. YOU CAN DO THIS!
