I don't have time to make a fancy video, so i just recorded some gameplay with registering all key presses, to prove a point, that it's actually quite possible to beat the majority of Skyward Sword using your keyboard and mouse. It will not be easy at first, but if you had the honors to indulge yourself by beating the 2007 PC port of Resident Evil 4, quitte good PC version of Dark Souls, disgraceful PC iteration, which is Devil May Cry 3, and you phreakin' know what it means to explore lava levels in Ultima Underworld, bare footed, all i can say is - join the club.
