Today’s stream started peacefully — two new plants added, the pond calm and clear. Four hours later… total destruction. Murky water, floating roots, and koi ruling the ruins.
“I am become koi, destroyer of plants.”
Plants were later saved after the camera was off, and moved to a new koi free location.
🍂 Seasonal Note: As the days get shorter and the weather cools, some of the turtles have begun to hibernate. There may be fewer turtles visible during fall and winter, but the pond is still full of life beneath the surface.
