Footwork & Handling; warm up, with a variety of handling services before a short pass, on both angles.
High Balls; footwork around goal area, attacking the bouncing high ball, then short pass on the angle.
Shots on the angle; short passing before a shot on the angle, both sides.
High Balls; central medium saves before high balls on the angle.

Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I undertake to improve my ability as a goalkeeper. Every catch, every mistake. No editing, no music, no pretence. Just hard work.

If you are a coach or a goalkeeper, of any level, I hope these sessions can benefit you in some way. I will be watching them too, making notes, and coming back to improve tomorrow.
