We implemented a new study course "Gas and oil transmission systems" in cooperation with JSC "Conexus Baltic Grid" for the first time this autumn semester. It was a unique opportunity for both our students and teachers to gain new knowledge and experience. The length of main gas pipelines in Latvia is 1191 kilometers. To keep it safe and sustainable, specialists will always be in demand.
We would like to highlight our foreign lecturer Heinz Watzka who has more than 40 years of practical experience in the gas industry.
We are glad to share a small excerpt from the recorded lecture with you.
