1/4 de Smen (beurre salé).
50 ml d'huile d'olive.
100 ml d’eau.

غصن الكزبرة.
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح.
1 ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل.
6 فصوص ثوم.
1 ملعقة صغيرة كركم.
1/4 سمن (زبدة مملحة).
50 مل زيت زيتون.
100 مل ماء.
كبد الدجاج.
