After exploring the incredible Mayan city of Caracol, we headed back through the stunning Mountain Pine Ridge area to cool off. This part of the day was an unforgettable journey through Belize’s breathtaking landscapes.
We started with a stop at Rio Frio Cave, which boasts the largest entrance of any cave in Belize. The massive opening leads to a beautiful, clear river and a stunning natural rock formation. We then continued to the Rio On Pools, a series of natural swimming holes perfect for relaxing in the refreshing, clear water.
