Awesome & FAST 1400 FPM Otis Traction Elevators At the Marquis Residences in Miami, FL

I’m very glad I got to get a ride on these. I was super sad that these got modded from keypad to touchscreen, but I still had fun nonetheless. I also still can’t believe this modded a perfectly fine keypad and custom LCD indicator from 2008 and these now have a boring touchscreen with Acme, as well as the new cab. These honestly feel like a downgrade, but hey, they still run 1400 and I’m not complaining at all. Even though I have quickly gotten bored of the touchscreen being everywhere in Miami, this one was fun to ride because, well, it’s of course Otis and also because the touchscreen background looked very cool. Obviously I would have preferred to see these original.
Also I filmed the elevators here a day after filming the hotel elevators because I was denied access by the front desk after coming from the hotel. When I was here, the left elevator (when seen from the lobby) was out of service so I of course went to that bank because I knew I could hitchhike a ride up quickly, which is what I did.
