Top 10 Moments that made me shift from Taekook to Jinkook + BONUS Clips [BTS Jungkook & Jin]

Hi everyone! I was supposed to upload this video on Tuesday, but I went out during the weekend, so I didn’t have time to put this together until today 🙈

Today’s video is about why I shifted from being a Taekooker to a Jinkooker. Throughout this video, I included my reasons for why these clips made me believe in Jinkook over Taekook (some reasons are so long that you may need to pause the video to read the reason because I didn’t want to make the video too long - Sorry!). And I also included some commentary in the clips themselves 😚

The background to this is (sorry, it’s a bit long):

To be truly accurate, I actually started out as a very brief Jikooker [Jimin x Jungkook]. I think it was around June 8, 2020 when I watched a video of Jikook comforting each other, but it didn’t last very long, because I think I watched about another two or three Jikook videos before I moved on to Taekook.

If I’m being honest, I think it’s the deadly sexiness of both Tae and JK combined that really appealed to me at the time, as well as the overactive imagination of some Taekookers 😅

However, one day after my roommate came home from work and she found out I was watching Taekook videos, she immediately denied it, saying that Tae and Jimin are the ones in love (and she was much more convinced about VMIN than I could ever be about ANY ship 😅)

So I gave that (VMIN) a chance as well, comparing it to Jikook and Taekook.

I had only watched one VMIN video at the time, which is why I probably still believed that Taekook were a more believable ship, so I continued watching Taekook videos.

But then one fateful day, I was watching one JK video (about how he’s the baby of the group), and in it, there were some Jinkook moments, like the concert moment where he hugs Jin when Jin says he wants to hug ARMY. And so, it inevitably came to be that YouTube started suggesting some Jinkook videos.

So I watched one, because I’d not thought of this pairing, and I figured it would be interesting to see how it plays out.

And OH-MY-GOD. I don’t know what it is about them? Maybe the way they make each other smile and laugh, but it’s so… genuine and special. I think, after that, I went on a Jinkook video spree and started watching every Jinkook video on YouTube.

Since then, I’ve been an avid Jinkooker, and I could never get enough, so I started making videos as well, for my fellow Jinkookers 😚

This video is just a mini compilation of the top 10 moments that made me believe in Jinkook over Taekook. Please DO NOT take this to mean that I think that Taekookers have no reason to be Taekookers. Jinkook/Kookjin is my personal favourite ship in BTS, but it doesn't mean I think no other ships are valid. You are free to ship whoever you want. It just happened that I started believing more in Jinkook than Taekook after these moments 💜

I'm also just doing what makes me happy, and I know that there are other Jinkookers out there on the web who never have enough Jinkook material, so this is for them :D

Unsurprisingly, I am aware that these Jinkook moments are not the sweetest or the best moments, but I wanted to draw some comparison to the Taekook/Taejin that was presented in the video as well, so I used these moments.
