340g soft butter (340mls / 1 1⁄2 cup)
340g self raising flour (640mls / 2 3⁄4 cup)
340g sugar (400mls / 1 2⁄3 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5mls)
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15mls)

cream cheese icing:
350g soft butter (350g / 1 1⁄2 cup)
560g icing sugar - sifted (1060mls / 4 1⁄2 cup)
150g full fat cream cheese at room temperature (160mls / 2⁄3 cup)

caramel drip sauce:
150g double cream (160mls / 2⁄3 cup)
200g sugar (235mls / 1 cup)
30g butter (30mls / 2 tablespoons)

honeycomb:
90g sugar (110mls / 1⁄2 cup)
2 tablespoons golden syrup (30mls)
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

caramel popcorn:
2 cups popped corn (500mls)
30g butter (30mls / 2 tablespoons)
40g sugar (50mls / ¼ cup)
