Waypoints I - Introduction to Waypoints

This is the 1st in our series on Waypoints for the DJI Mavic 3 series of drones (not the Enterprise). Waypoints is a favorite of ours and was released to the Mavic 3, Mavic 3 Cine and Mavic 3 Classic in December of 2022.

In this introduction, we cover Waypoint basics. We show all of the settings that you have control over for each Waypoint, Point of Interest and Global Settings. We also give you 5 Use Cases… which are ideas of where you might consider using Waypoints. Finally, we compare the Mavic 2 version (v2.0) with this version (Mavic 3 Series).

All screenshots were taken on the RC Pro connected to a Mavic 3 Cine. We also tested it on an RC-N1 Controller connected to the Mavic 3 Cine.
