I know some people were waiting for this to come the moment Mr X Nightmare update arrived.

Like before I am covering on characters who had certain attributes altered from September 2020 build to July 2021. There were a fair amount of undocumented changes that were not mentioned from the official patch notes document, so you'll learn a lot from this video.

I am covering ALL 17 non-DLC characters.
For obvious reasons, Estel, Max4, Shiva4 and Roo3 will not be having a montage because this is their first playable build. It does mean that later balance comparisons will be longer to produce since there's more characters to cover... or less if they leave the character completely untouched.

At the end of each character, there is a brief exhibition of all of their unlockable moves in action.

Please note that some of them are not true like all SOR1 character being invincible for a few seconds/frames during a police backup.
Other incorrect notes were things that were adjusted from Day 1 to September 2020 and not from September 2020 to July 2021 like Axel3's running speed buff and both Axel2/Axel3's original star move recovering green health.
