The Daily Examen was made popular by St. Ignatius Loyola and the Jesuits (the order of priests he founded over 500 years ago). The premise of the Examen is simple; Finding God in all things. It's a chance to review your day and see when you were connected to God and when you were not. Take a few minutes and try this meditation, which we first introduced at our February 2013 GIFT (Growing In Faith Together) session.
