Armani Theatre Speed Build | Welcome to Bloxburg

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another speed build. Today, I am building another theatre! However, this theatre has many improvements when compared to the last one!

The features of this theatre are:
Very large stage
Working lighting rig, including spotlights
Working audience lights
Large backstage area with plenty of facilities
A music and a dance studio
Tiered seating, so the stage can be seen from anywhere!
And many more!

This build took me approximately three days to build, and came out at a cost of $423.5k. To skip to the tour, go to 1:08:58! The gamepasses needed for this build are:

This theatre is great for many different kinds of performances! Talent shows, dramas, musicals, dance shows, and many more! This theatre has the facilities to accommodate almost any kind of performance! Here is a quick guide to the lighting: The purple switches control audience lights, the green switches control general stage lights, and the yellow switches control spotlights.

I am so sorry for not posting any speed builds in the past 5 months! I have been very busy with school stuff! As well as that, I have also been working on a new Roblox game! So for the next few months, my uploads may be spaced quite far apart!
