Lucknow Prayagraj section of National Highway 30 is almost 200 kms.
Lucknow Raebareli section of almost 80 kms was upgraded to 4-lane many years back. However, 110 kms of Raebareli Prayagraj section was still 2-lane due to which it used to take almost 4-5 hours from Lucknow to Prayagraj.
Not anymore.
Raebareli Prayagraj section of 106 kms is being upgraded to 4-lane by NHAI. Work is in advanced stage of completion.
Expected to open anytime in next 2-3 months. This will provide huge relief to travellers on this stretch. Lucknow Prayagraj journey will be completed in 2.5 hours only.
