Well, each of these food duos can be swapped for each other as a food substitute in your favorite recipes. Some of the best food substitutes are when you choose an unprocessed food over a processed one. That allows the food to keep their nutritional value. Sometimes these food swaps can be pretty obvious and sometimes they are not at all. If you have kidney disease making the right substitutions to your diet can make a huge difference in your health.
