My thoughts
This is a part of YouTube video production that gets tricky sometimes. I'm not a fan of clickbait type titles but at the same time titles have to be provocative for the general unsubscribed public to be drawn in. Approximately 75% of my viewership is not subscribed and has no clue what we are about so you sometimes have to "play the game" to get them to come to you. If they don't watch we can't teach. I see little wrong with click bait type titles as long as the videos deliver something truly related to the title but still they can give the wrong impression to start with which I don't like to do. In this case there is a broken, or injured in some way, leg in the video and the song I used is titled Unbroken Spirit. I struggled with whether to use this title simply due to the fact I didn't want to give anyone the idea that it was me who had a broken leg. That would be an easy conclusion to reach if you knew my dad's health or if you watched my last video where I mentioned that I had fallen down the stairs. The original title I had come up with for this vide was "Honey Smacks And The Five Legged Queen". I liked that title way better but just didn't feel like it was a good one for the non beekeeping audience. I could go on with my thoughts on this subject but I'll spare you the philosophical deep dive. Hope you enjoy the video.

On a side note, as I held this queen I couldn't see her leg that she was holding up and even in the editing process it was not visible. It was only after rendering and uploading the video that I could see that her leg wasn't actually missing, she was just holding it tight against her body and not using it. It's too long a process to correct a small mistake like that so it'll stay. Also, YouTube picked that sad looking thumbnail. LOL

The battle hardened survivor queen I found at the beginning of this video is the same one from the hive removal and relocation you'll see later in the video. Like I say in the video, it's not really a good time of the year to remove a hive if you're expecting survival of the colony. Bee colonies removed in the fall or later take so much extra care just for a chance to make it through winter.
