May 2025 -  Virtual Pre-Retirement Seminar

The Department of Risk Management in partnership with the Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund and Nationwide Retirement Solutions presented a virtual pre-retirement seminar to employees with information on how to prepare for retirement. During this seminar, employees were able to identify three primary sources of retirement income such as your Cook County Pension, 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, and potential Social Security benefits and identify any retirement income gaps and steps to prepare for retirement.
