NOTE -- If anyone can explain the bizarre incident that occurs at 5:26:49, please chime in. Evidently, a crank caller managed to get on the air live on MSNBC by posing as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. A very odd moment, but the MSNBC correspondent didn't miss a beat. She handled it like a pro.
