This is my arrangement of Leroy Anderson’s classic tango, complete with counter melodies and as much orchestration as I could manage with one accordion. This song was written for orchestra in 1951 and published in 1952. It was later popularized with lyrics added by Mitchell Parish. Numerous artists have since recorded “Blue Tango.” All that is missing are the dancers which you will have to provide. I hope you enjoy my interpretation.
