BoxedOut, presented by former boxing champion Lamont Peterson & Anything's Possible Productions sits across a few genres at once, and that’s part of its strength:

• Educational – it introduces science, physiology, and the mental frameworks behind training, over-training, discipline, and resilience. The aim is to expand understanding for both insiders of boxing and outsiders curious about performance and human systems.

•Documentary – it captures real people, real places, and real experiences in a way that preserves authenticity. The structure is observational but also intentional, showing both the struggles and the philosophies behind the sport.

• Creative – it’s stylized in tone, visuals, and sequencing. The cuts, overlays, and thematic direction (whether moody, symbolic, or layered with meaning) go beyond just telling facts—they shape narrative.

•Interview – in this episode the conversations with Lamont and his brother Anthony, are the lifeblood. They drive the narrative forward, bring in personal voice, and make the series feel intimate.
