Living in NYC Diaries | 2026 Starts Now + New Goals + Glute Training + Christmas in NYC

Spending the Christmas holidays in New York City is truly a one of a kind experience. Even though I was stressed trying to find the perfect personalized presents for each side of the family its so nice to be able to reflect and watch this vlog and see how magical it is this time of the year. Even though this Vlog was filmed in December, the same principles and motives apply even now in January 2026! I started working on my 2026 goals last year and I am definitely bringing them into this year working on my Glutes and over all physique in the gym and in the kitchen but also slowing it down working on my flexibility and mobility for the long term. I’m spending a cozy winter day in NYC reflecting on 2026 goals, a personal rebrand, and the direction I want my life and content to go, while still moving, training, and enjoying the city. Heavily trying to live in the moment and appreciate where I am in life not taking anything for granted and staying balanced, training hard, staying inspired, enjoying the moment, and building something strong!
