My name is Tomon, and I’m a fisherman.
My goal with this channel is to introduce viewers, both Japanese and non-Japanese, to the island where I grew up.
The Ieshima Islands are a group of 44 small islands located In Hyogo Prefecture, Western Japan.
My island is called Ieshima, the biggest of the 4 inhabited islands.
I want this channel to be for everyone—
Those who’ve left the island. Those who’ve visited. Those who are curious about visiting.
And of course, those who’ve never heard of Ieshima!
