Ace Designers Limited to Showcase J10 M Innovation at EMO Hannover

With a footprint of just 2.6 by 2.1 meters, it’s designed to deliver big performance in a small space. “The machine capacity is a Z-axis stroke of 610 mm and an X-axis stroke of 180 mm. The maximum turning diameter is 300 mm, and the maximum length of the #component is 450 mm from the #chuckjob face,” he explains, highlighting its capability of meeting the challenging #machining requirements. The J10 M is fitted with an #A26spindle, a bar capacity of 63 mm, and is capable of speeds of up to 4,500 RPM, balancing muscle with finesse. It also has a BMT 45 radial #rotarytoolturret, dual station, and versatile tailstock options that add further flexibility.
