First and foremost I congratulate 🎉🎊 myself having been selected by Agha Khan Foundation as a potential Facilitator/Trainer for the #ValueBasedEducation program. I remember sending my CV late at night after procrastinating for several days then later said a genuine prayer 🙏 asking God for this opportunity 🥰.

Waking up this week ,to take up the model one training as preparation for the trainings I shall be facilitating was a new dawn for me. Unlike other trainings i have participated before, this one was unique. From the set up 🤩, walls covered with quotes ✍️, ballons 🎈and the fact that we were sitting down on mats and not chairs 🪑- the common training way ,made the whole experience unique.

I was introduced for the 1st time to the concept of #ValueBasedEducation which is a quite involving intense program that not only allows you to understand and reflect on your personality but also your responsibility towards the members of the community.It helps one have a deeper understanding of their identity, values and ethics. It is intense with great insight and full of intrusive values to learn. The 2 days have made me embrace more inner work , collaboration, risk taking and ownership (taking responsibility ) of my life , experiences and tasks.

This program has come at the right time. Instilling morals and values in me at a very significant age gracefully. I am looking forward to LEARN more , UNLEARN and RELEARN towards moulding myself to live a intentional life I deserve.

⚡️✨Value Based Education is the way to go.
