500 grams minced meat
1 medium sized onion chopped
2 tbsp each ginger garlic chopped
5 green chillies
A handful of coriander leaves
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn flour
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
