Kal Penn Reacts to ‘Smile’ Being the #1 Movie in the Country

Actor Kal Penn is here! The former stoner comedy star turned Obama Administration staffer is now owning the box office once again with his new horror film, “Smile.” The film follows Dr. Rose Cotte as an overwhelming terror invades her life and she must find a way to escape her horrifying new reality. Kal plays Dr. Morgan Desai, her boss, in the film. He talks to Tamron about the success at the box office, working with Barack Obama, and if he ever plans to run for office.
