Twisted like a pretzel [Pretzels and Beer cheese]

Warm homemade pretzels that I make look easy so you can too! OH and you cant forget the cheese! Here is the recipe so you don't have to click a link to a website lol!! EL COOK GANG RISE UP. #pretzels #baking

Recipe-
12oz Warm water
1Tbsp sugar
3tsp active dry yeast
2tsp kosher salt
4.5C AP flour
4Tbsp Butter melted

Egg wash-
2 egg yolks
2Tbsp Water

Beer cheese-
2Tbsp butter melted
3Tbsp AP flour
2/3C whole milk
2/3C Beer
1.5C shredded Cheddar
1C Gruyere
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1Tbsp mustard
