Oct 14th, 2023 Art Show and History of this Jersey City Cultural and Folkloric Band. The event will be the very first History of the band and their accomplishments to preserve the Folkloric African influences of the music of Bomba and Plena de Puerto Rico. This is a Hard Grove Cafe short made famous in the early 1990's when the band "Los Planeros de la Segunda" embraced Bomba. The band then became Segunda Quimbamba - the second mystical place outside Puerto Rico and in our Hearts forever - Rafael
