After finding out that my Nissan 240sx SE was smoking I was able to determine that the valve stem seals needed to be replaced. I wasn't 100% sure but was worth a shot. This video is me taking apart the S14 240sx. I needed to take the valve cover, distributor, front cover, cam sprockets, cam caps, cams, Valve Spring covers, and Valve springs. I do not have compressed air/compressor yet so I used the rope trick. The video was quite long so I split it. This is part one of the removal and part two will be the installation.
