If you want to turn off the snapping feature in LibreOffice Impress, the presentation software in LibreOffice, you can follow these steps:
Open LibreOffice Impress.
Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the screen, and select "Options" from the dropdown menu.
In the "Options" dialog box that appears, select "LibreOffice Impress" in the left-hand pane.
Under the "Grid" section, uncheck the box next to "Snap to grid" to turn off the snapping feature.
